Refund policy

At Kinling, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, please contact us at support@kinlingco.com

 with your order details. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@kinlingco.com

 with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item once approved, then place a new order separately.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

- perishable goods

- custom or personalized items

- personal care goods

- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

- sale items

- gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
