At Kinling, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@kinlingco.com with your order details. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@kinlingco.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item once approved, then place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- custom or personalized items
- personal care or hygiene-related goods that have been opened or used
- sale items
- gift cards
- items not in original condition or packaging
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before requesting a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
