Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the UAE usually takes 5–8 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We currently offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kinlingco.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has started processing.

5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact support@kinlingco.com with your order details.

6. What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@kinlingco.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.

7. Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized items, personal care goods, sale items, gift cards, and items that have been used or opened for hygiene reasons.

8. How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
